Screen Printing

Screen printing is a very versatile printing process. It offers the ability to print on a wide variety of materials including thick, rigid surfaces. Screen printed products are more durable and wear resistant than other forms of printing.

Digital Printing

Digital printing is a cost-effective means of getting full-color printing. It takes your computer-generated graphics directly to a high quality color output device; film separations and plates aren’t needed. Adcolor has both small and large format printers that represent state-of-the art digital technology. You may provide your graphic files or let one of our experienced graphic designers help you produce a professional printed piece.

Industrial Printing

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) printed parts such as faceplates or decals for instruments and machinery can be durably printed with your message. Adcolor uses the highest quality materials, including polycarbonate films, pressure sensitive polyesters and rigid vinyls. We can also print supplied parts as well as 3-dimensional OEM parts such as injection molded elements or various painted and powder coated parts.

Vinyl Graphics

Vinyl graphics are very durable, long lasting, custom cut, pressure-sensitive decals. Vinyl can be cut to any size or shape and is easily applied to windows, vehicles, floors, plastics, metals or any other smooth, clean surface. Adcolor’s vinyl department is highly skilled at professionally installing these graphics.

Garment Printing

Adcolor has a full service garment printing department. Whether your needs are simple spot color garment prints or full color prints, Adcolor can produce these prints on any shirt color. We also print on custom fabrics, canvas bags, hats, etc.

Finishing

OK, the job is done, but not quite finished...

Even the best looking printed piece may require the right finishing touch in order to be complete. It's all in the detail. Details like die-cutting, embossing, foil stamping, folding, binding, mounting, router cutting and laminating.

Of course, collating, trimming, stapling, hole drilling, tabbing, shrink wrapping and coil binding may be required. But don't worry, Adcolor can handle your finishing needs.

In the Digital Production Department, our in-house finishing department can enhance and protect your digital prints with wide range of laminating ,mounting and routing services available. We strongly recommend all our clients laminate and/or mount their graphics for enhancement and protection.

Laminating your digital prints can enhance color and images, protect your digital prints from harmful U.V. light and smudging moisture, and prolong the life of your graphics. There are various laminating finishes available.

Mounting adds rigidity to your prints and gives them a more professional appearance. There are several mounting materials available: Foam board, Gator board, Sintra, Corex and more. Click here for detail information on the available board, thickness, and color.
